About the region
Anglophone West School District is situated in Wolastokuk, the homeland of the Wolastoqiyik people, whose namesake comes from the Wolastoq. This majestic river moves through the heart of our district, which serves anglophone communities branching out to Plaster Rock, McAdam, Doaktown and the Grand Lake area in the province of New Brunswick.
