Our newest school is scheduled to open this September on the grounds of the old McAdam Avenue Elementary School.
Sunset Acres Elementary School will open for the 2025-2026 school year, taking in students once served by the McAdam Avenue and soon-to-be-shuttered Nashwaaksis Memorial elementary schools. The K-5 school, named for its surrounding neighbourhood, has a capacity of 528 students and 27 classrooms with various activity rooms and outdoor areas.
